excessive reverence for the Constitution (the mode in which a
society is organized, the manner in which sovereign power is
distributed); a fundamentalist (fundamental – the base on which a

loyal to understanding, supporting, and promulgating the Founding
A Constitutionalist believes in the original and pure meaning of interpretation, “to explain the true meaning, to present in understandable terms”
This means to procure the Wisdom, Understanding, and Knowledge of the FOUNDING DOCUMENTS and then disseminate these fundamental truths.
Interpretation does not mean my
telling you what I think the Founders meant to say, but to present
an exegesis of what has been presented in writing, so that each and
every person could understand what the intent was and that these
documents are all we need to understand what the Founders

CITIZENS CONSTITUTIONAL CAUCUS PURPOSE-MISSION-GOALS
The Purpose of the Caucus is Four Fold:
FIRST: seek out Constitutional legislative “Servants”.
SECOND: support those “Servants”.
THIRD: work with the “Servants” to generate, present and pass Constitutional resolutions and legislation. The Caucus Core members will generate potential resolutions and legislation for the “Servants” consideration.
FOURTH: reach out to the citizens, via Social Media, to give them the opportunity to review proposed legislation in legal and lay formats. They can share this information with family, friends, and acquaintances. Then they can present their concepts to the Caucus Core for review and consideration for potential referral to the “Servants”.
The NCCC would meet quarterly, the next date to be determined at each meeting. Emergency meetings might be necessary to discuss pertinent legislative issues. A quorum will consist of 2/3rds of the membership. All items presented must have a 2/3rds approval.
Hopefully the Caucus will serve as a model for the organization and implementation of similar Caucuses from Manteo to Murphy, the Atlantic to the Pacific, consisting of citizens that have a working knowledge of the Founding Documents, the meaning and responsibility of an oath, as well as other important matters such as the mechanics of the various divisions of government.
The goals of the North Carolina Citizens Constitutional Caucus are to educate, discuss, debate, and provide solutions with regard to restoring adherence to the US Constitution via a factual review of the Founding and Development of the Republic. With this basic education, members will be inspired to effectively serve “We the People.”
The Goals of the NCCCC are Four-Fold:
1) To provide educational opportunities via member organizations. Thomas Jefferson wrote: “I know of no safe depository of the ultimate powers of the society but the people themselves; and if we think them not enlightened enough to exercise their control with a wholesome discretion, the remedy is not to take it (the control) from them, but to inform their discretion by education. This is the true corrective of abuses of constitutional power.”
2) To provide a forum for the energetic dialog and debate pertaining to ongoing disrespect for the Constitution and degradation of the Republic.
3) To develop actionable solutions to restore constitutional governance in North Carolina and the United States by educating and training active Patriots.
4) To uphold a standard of conduct that demonstrates and inculcates a belief that our moral duty as good citizens is an “active duty,” not a passive one.
