Certificate of Successful Completion will be mailed to each participate who attends all classes and make a passing grade on the Quiz and Final Test.

 

Upon successful completion of O.T.S. the student is now capable of being a 3-C trainer.  They can go into their neighborhood, school, or a variety of locations and establish a training “Campsite.”

 

A nonrefundable registration fee of fifty nine dollars ($59.00) is required by the end of the day on Tuesday prior to classes commencing on the following Friday.

This fee includes the lunches on both days, but does not include dinner meals.

 

The O.T.S class fee of two hundred twenty five dollars ($225.00) must be paid in full at the registration sign in.  This fee includes a three ring binder with all class materials as well as the “Constitution Study Guide.”

The goal of the Special Forces is to
disempower, demobilize, and disassemble the Progressive Marxist (Communist) movement in the Republic, be it
FEDERAL, STATE, OR LOCAL. 

Americans have shown a great resiliency from external attacks from the Revolution to Pearl Harbor to 911. Now we must withstand this internal attack, disenfranchise the Marxist movement, and then demonstrate the same resilience as we return the Country to a Constitutional Republic. 

The time is here for the Special Forces to mobilize and enter the battle field of ideological warfare. We need volunteers to follow in the footsteps of the founding volunteers and likewise band together as a united force. One must be prepared to not only offer his/her knowledge and expertise but also their time, talent, and finances by physically getting involved in America’s Armageddon. It is not merely enough to voice one’s opposition but one must walk the talk. 

I am in no way advocating physical violence but I am advocating legal methods to combat this satanic induced ideology, before the Marxist initiate violence. By this time you should be well aware of the necessity of legally dismantling the Progressive Marxist power structure that they have so patiently assembled. However, to accomplish these goals we need hundreds, if not thousands, of Special Forces Volunteers.

Through its history, North Carolina has had three Constitutions: the Constitution of 1776, the Constitution of 1868, and the Constitution of 1971.

Constitution of 1776

Text of the 1776 Constitution

The Fifth Provincial Congress ratified the first constitution in December 1776. This draft was not submitted to a vote of the people, but was accompanied by a Declaration of Rights. Although the constitution affirmed the separation of power between the three branches of government, the General Assembly held the true power. Until 1836, the General Assembly members were the only state officials who were elected by the people. The General Assembly picked Judges, the Governor and the members in the Council of State. Judges had life terms and governors had a one-year term. The Governor had little power and in many cases needed the consent of the Council of State to exercise the power that the office did hold. The Governor was also held to strict term limits; a person could only hold the office three terms in every six years. The constitution established a judicial branch, but did not well define this branch's structure. The constitution also lacked a system of local government. Universal suffrage was not an element of this constitution. Only landowners could vote for Senators until 1857. To hold state office required land ownership until 1868.

Dissatisfied with the central role of the General Assembly, a state constitutional convention was called in 1835. Out of the convention came many amendments. Among those changes was fixing the membership of the Senate and House at their present levels, 50 and 120. Also, the office of Governor became popularly elected. The convention’s proposed changes were adopted by vote of the people on November 9, 1835.

The Convention of 1861–62 was called to revise the constitution to remove North Carolina from the United States. The procedure used to amend the constitution did not need vote of the people, a procedure that was active until removed in 1971.

Constitution of 1971

From 1869 through 1968, there were submitted to the voters of North Carolina a total of 97 propositions for amending the Constitution of the State. All but one of these proposals originated in the General Assembly. Of those 97 amendment proposals, 69 were ratified by the voters and 28 were rejected by them. Due to the many amendments, many provisions in the constitution became antiquated, obsolete and ambiguous. Simply, the document had become difficult to read and interpret. The draft that later became the Constitution of 1971 began with a study into needed changes by the North Carolina State Bar in 1967. The study outlined a vastly improved and easily-ratifiable document. The draft constitution logically organized topics and omitted obviously unconstitutional sections. The language and syntax was also updated and standardized. The study separated from the main document several amendments that it felt were necessary, but were potentially controversial. The main document passed the General Assembly in 1969 with only one negative vote in seven roll-call votes. On November 3, 1970, the proposed Constitution of 1971 was approved by a vote of 393,759 to 251,132.

Since the Constitution of 1971, there have been over twenty amendments. The majority of these amendments extends the rights of citizens and extends the government the ability to issue bond. The following are significant amendments made since the 1971 constitution:

December 18, 1776

 

A DECLARATION OF RIGHTS

A Declaration of Rights, made by the Representatives of the Freeman of the State of North Carolina.

1. That all political power is vested, in and derived from, the people only.

2. That the people of this State ought to have the sole and exclusive right of regulating the internal government and police thereof.

3. That no men, or set of men, are entitled to exclusive or separate emoluments or privileges from the community, but in consideration of public services.

4. That the legislative, executive and supreme judicial powers of government, ought to be forever separate and distinct from each other.

5. That all powers of suspending laws, or the execution of laws, by any authority, without consent of the representatives of the people, is injurious to their rights, and ought not to be exercised.

6. That elections of members to serve as representatives in general assembly ought to be free.

7. That in all criminal prosecutions, every man has a right to be informed of the accusation against him, and to confront the accusers and witnesses with other testimony, and shall not be compelled to give evidence against himself.

8. That no freeman shall be put to answer any criminal charge, but by indictment, presentment, or impeachment.

9. That no freeman shall be convicted of any crime, but by the unanimous verdict of a jury of good and lawful men, in open court, as heretofore used.

10. That excessive bail should not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel nor unusual punishments inflicted.

11. That general warrants, whereby any officer or messenger may be commanded to search suspected places, without evidence of the act committed, or to seize any person or persons not named, whose offenses are not particularly described, and supported by evidence, are dangerous to liberty, and ought not to be granted.

12. That no freeman ought to be taken, imprisoned, or disseized of his freehold, liberties, or privileges, or outlawed or exiled, or in any manner destroyed, or deprived of his life, liberty or property, but by the law of the land.

13. That every freeman restrained of his liberty is entitled to a remedy, to inquire in to the lawfulness thereof, and to remove the same, if unlawful; and that such remedy ought not to be denied or delayed.

14. That in all controversies at law, respecting property, the ancient mode of trial by jury is one of the best securities of the rights of the people, and ought to remain sacred and inviolable.

15. That the freedom of the press is one of the great bulwarks of liberty; and therefore ought never to be restrained.

 

NORTH CAROLINA

STATE CONSTITUTION

 

PREAMBLE

 

We, the people of the State of North Carolina, grateful to Almighty God, the Sovereign Ruler of Nations, for the preservation of the American Union and the existence of our civil, political and religious liberties, and acknowledging our dependence upon Him for the continuance of those blessings to us and our posterity, do, for the more certain security thereof and for the better government of this State, ordain and establish this Constitution.

 

ARTICLE I

DECLARATION OF RIGHTS

 

That the great, general, and essential principles of liberty and free government may be recognized and established, and that the relations of this State to the Union and government of the United States and those of the people of this State to the rest of the American people may be defined and affirmed, we do declare that:

 

Section 1.  The equality and rights of persons.

We hold it to be self-evident that all persons are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, the enjoyment of the fruits of their own labor, and the pursuit of happiness.

 

Sec. 2.  Sovereignty of the people.

All political power is vested in and derived from the people; all government of right originates from the people, is founded upon their will only, and is instituted solely for the good of the whole.

 

Sec. 3.  Internal government of the State.

The people of this State have the inherent, sole, and exclusive right of regulating the internal government and police thereof, and of altering or abolishing their Constitution and form of government whenever it may be necessary to their safety and happiness; but every such right shall be exercised in pursuance of law and consistently with the Constitution of the United States.

 

Sec. 4.  Secession prohibited.

This State shall ever remain a member of the American Union; the people thereof are part of the American nation; there is no right on the part of this State to secede; and all attempts, from whatever source or upon whatever pretext, to dissolve this Union or to sever this Nation, shall be resisted with the whole power of the State.

 

Sec. 5.  Allegiance to the United States.

Every citizen of this State owes paramount allegiance to the Constitution and government of the United States, and no law or ordinance of the State in contravention or subversion thereof can have any binding force.

 

Sec. 6.  Separation of powers.

The legislative, executive, and supreme judicial powers of the State government shall be forever separate and distinct from each other.

Section. 8. The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

FOR DECADES WE HAVE BEEN ATTEMPTING TO BUILD OUR

SPIRITUAL AND PATRIOTIC HOUSES ON THE SAND,

WITHOUT A FIRM FOUNDATION!

 

It is my firm belief that our Churches and Schools have been, at best, derelict in teaching the simple truths and basics of the Bible and the Founding Documents.

Both organizations have been infiltrated and permeated by Marxist ideology.

 

I am proposing that we start a “grassroots” “Home Study” type program, a unison study comparing the basic truths and strengths of each, so that we might salvage our Churches, the Republic, and our families by illuminating the truths and principles found therein.  We will demonstrate how they have been desecrated by the Marxist ideology, and how we can return them to their rightful place in the heart and soul of men, women, and children.

 

This can not be accomplished in a one day seminar or work shop.  These basics need to be presented in a series of classes in order to fully grasp the fundamentals and the strengths of each.  One then has to continue the study and application on a personal basis at home, work, and worship.   You must live and share these basic principles and truths with family, friends, and acquaintances in order to regenerate and preserve the original meanings, thus bringing about the survival of the Republic.

 

This is a very basically designed proposal of what needs to be studied so that one may hopefully comprehend the enormity of power and wisdom that both the Scriptures and the Founding Documents possess.  The study is only the beginning.  When completed it will have provided the Wisdom, Understanding, and Knowledge one needs to properly study and apply the truths of Scripture and the Founding Documents and the application guidelines to continue the Scriptural/Patriotic life style as one comprehends it.  This is a work in progress.  Hopefully it can be implemented by the end of 2012 and continue ad infinitum.

 

I believe that there was Devine guidance in the Founding Documents, the Founders called it “Manifest Destiny,” and I know that the Scriptures were Divinely Inspired, thus the teaching of the Scriptures and the Founding Documents in unison seem to me to be a very logical approach to enhancing the meaning and understanding of each.

 PREFACE ADDENDUM

 

The primary purpose of this Study Manual is to provide the user with a study and information reference tool for the Constitution for the United States of America.  Every attempt has been made to obtain all material facts from source documents.

 

Its secondary purpose is to introduce additional references and texts that contribute to a greater understanding of the Constitution. For instance numerous references will be made from such books as Webster’s 1828 1st edition dictionary, Webster’s 1913 dictionary and Bouvier’s 1859 legal dictionary as well as current legal dictionaries from West’s Law and Lawyers Co-operative Publishing.  Words in the Constitution and in other original documents need to be defined by definitions that relate to that time period.

 

This Study Manual is designed to be as versatile as possible.  It is intentionally void of rhetoric and interpretation concerning the Founders and the Founding Documents, with the exception of this preface and introduction, the presentation methodology is based on the same process that the brain naturally employs in the cognitive skill of thinking.

 

Thinking is the operating skill with which intelligence acts upon experience (for a purpose).  The mind is a pattern using, pattern making, self maximizing memory system.  As unbelievable as it may sound, the whole purpose of thinking is to abolish thinking.  The brain accomplishes this task by associating what is known to what is unknown.  Patterns and relationships previously discovered through experience and analysis are compared to those currently discerned.  If there is a match the mind simply draws from the knowledge that is already available.  When there is no perceived connection, however, the mind can be brilliantly uncreative.  Dissonance of this kind causes the mind to search for the new pattern or relationship that will conform to the current parameters.  It is relentlessly predisposed to close on the new objective.  The successful key to this process is having an operating skill capable of finding the patterns and relationships within the subject matter under examination.

 

The material within this manual is designed to enhance anyone’s skill of thinking.  Your study of the Founding Documents should be one of discovery, fascination, and achievement.

 

This Study manual was not created to be read just once.  It is a manual intended for continual use.

 

The purpose of this Manual is to provide a basic source of information for the analysis, study, discussion, and research of the Constitution.

 

A comprehensive outline of the Constitution and The Declaration of Independence are intended for a speed reference format to facilitate and encourage a continual study of the Framers and the Founding Documents.

 

 

 

  

INTRODUCTION

 

If you ask anyone schooled in History the question: “Who was the first president of the United States?” the overwhelming majority would respond with the answer George Washington.  The fascinating thing is, they would all be wrong!

 

The United States existed as a sovereign nation more than fourteen years prior to the effective date of the U.S. Constitution on March 4, 1789.  The Continental Congress first convened on September 5, 1774.  On July 12, 1777 Congress began review of the Articles of Confederation drafted by John Dickinson.  They were adopted by Congress on November 15, 1777 and submitted to the states for ratification.  When Maryland ratified the Articles of confederation on March 1, 1781, the United States of America had its first instrument of government, a constitution.  John Hanson of Maryland was elected, President of the United States in Congress assembled, in recognition of his significant role in obtaining its adoption.

In a letter to John Hanson, George Washington congratulated him for his “appointment to fill the most important seat in the United States.”

 

In total there were fifteen presidents prior to George Washington.

The President of the United States in Congress assembled, was more equivalent to today’s Speaker of the House.  He lacked the power under the Articles to have any leadership affect on governmental actions.  Congress was in all respects both the executive and the legislative branches.  The Confederation government had no authority to regulate commerce and trade among the states and with foreign nations.  It had no taxing authority.  It lacked necessary trading and shipping treaties with Great Britain.  There was no national currency.  The association of the states could be characterized at best as the Disunited States of America.  States printed their own paper money that was not backed by silver or gold.  It was not interchangeable and often became worthless.  All but two of the thirteen Colonies had their own navy.  The national government was insolvent and couldn’t even pay the interest on the debts of the American Revolution to domestic and foreign lenders.

These issues coupled with adverse British regulations on American trade and shipping eventually lead to the great depression of 1785.  The Nation was in a disastrous financial condition.  Most of Europe fully expected the United States to disintegrate.

 

On September 11, 1786, twelve commissioners from five states met for four days at the Annapolis convention held in the Maryland State House.  The stated purpose was to “discuss reform of the vexatious restrictions placed upon interstate commerce by the various states.”  Nothing was ever resolved on this issue.  James Madison, however, persuaded the states in attendance, with the assistance of Alexander Hamilton, that the political evils of the day are directly attributable to commercial deficiencies within the Articles of Confederation.  The delegates joined in a resolution calling for a constitutional convention to be held in Philadelphia in May of 1787 to “take into consideration the trade and commerce of the United States.”

 

Congress on February 21, 1787 issued a resolution stating, “that in the opinion of Congress it is expedient that on the second Monday in May next a Convention of Delegates who shall have been appointed by the several states be held at Philadelphia for the sole and express purpose of revising the Articles of Confederation and reporting to Congress and the several legislatures such alterations and provisions therein as shall when agreed to in Congress and confirmed by the states render the federal constitution adequate to the exigencies of Government & the preservation of the Union.”

 

The federal convention began on Monday May 14, 1787, but a quorum wasn’t reached until May 25 when seven states were present.  Rhode Island was the only state that never attended.  The proceedings were held in total secrecy under the watchful eyes of sentries.  On September 17, 1787 after spirited debate, marked by strife and conflicting interests, with the convention often in the precarious position of failure, the Constitution was finished.  Benjamin Franklin urged all delegates to sign it.  Thirty eight delegates actually signed the documents as witnesses.  John Dickinson, first draft author of the Articles of Confederation and the senior member of the Delaware delegation, had already left due to illness, but left instructions with George Reed to sign the document in his behalf.

 

The Constitution was not a revision of the Articles of Confederation but a totally new government with vastly more power.  It was inherently ambiguous by design.  It can best be described as a collective work of opposing ideas achieved by compromise.  In the inimitable words of Alexander Hamilton, “a bundle of compromise.”

 

The government the Constitution established was in the main a free and representative one, though marred by provisions recognizing the existence of slavery.  It was also a limited one, for despite their perception of the need for additional federal authority the Framers were distrustful of government in general and of the central government in particular.  Among the most prominent characteristics of the Constitution, therefore, are three great structural principles designed to guard against the possible abuse of governmental power.

 

The principle of federalism limits official oppression by dividing power between the nation and its constituent states; that of separation of powers does so by allocating authority among the three branches of the federal government.  The principle of checks and balances provides further protection by giving one branch authority in many cases to impede misguided or illegal actions of another.  None of these three principles is mentioned by name in the Constitution, but each is reflected in a number of its express provisions.

 

Proponents to the ratification of the Constitution and a strong central government were called Federalist.  Those that opposed the Constitution and favored a stronger state government were known as Antifederalists.  Spirited public debate concerning the ratification of the Constitution ensued.  The 85 essays known as the Federalist Papers, written by James Madison of Virginia, John Jay and Alexander Hamilton of New York, provide one of the most comprehensive reflections of the issues from the Federalists perspective.  Lee’s letters from the Federal Farmer to the Republican written by Richard Henry Lee of Virginia presented an Antifederalists position against the ratification of the Constitution.

 

Antifederalists believed that the Constitution would give the federal government enough power to destroy the states, which were then considered the bulwarks of liberty. They were equally concerned with the fact that each of the thirteen Colonies had a state constitution that contained either a declaration of rights or a bill of rights and the U.S. Constitution didn’t.  The omission of a bill of rights, “received more public criticism from opponents of ratification than did any other aspect of the Constitution.”  Some saw the absence of a bill of rights as a proof that the Framer’s intended to establish a despotism.

 

After much deliberation, debate, and even more calming assurances from the Federalists that a bill of rights would most probably be addressed after ratification, the Constitution was finally ratified on June 21, 1788 when New Hampshire completed its ratification process.  Virginia, New York, and North Carolina eventually ratified the Constitution within the next 17 months.  Rhode Island was the last of the thirteen states to ratify it on May 29, 1790.  The vote for ratification of the Constitution was by no means unanimous.  Thirty five percent of the total members of the state legislatures voted to reject the adoption of the Constitution.  The one point that everyone was in agreement with: was that the Constitution was not a perfect document.  The absence of a bill of rights became more of an issue now that the Constitution was ratified.  Many felt that the government should first address more pressing governmental and economic issues.

 

Among the proponents of the ratification, Alexander Hamilton considered a separate bill of rights as unnecessary because he said states already had the power to protect individual rights.  He believed an enumeration of rights to be dangerous because any listing might be considered exhaustive.  Hamilton argued that social diversity and watchfulness were the ultimate guarantees of personal rights.  Although James Madison originally agreed with Hamilton, he eventually came to support the drafting of a separate bill of rights.  Madison was persuaded by his friend Thomas Jefferson and perhaps convinced by political necessity as well.  Two months after Congress convened in 1789, Madison therefore proposed a federal bill of rights.  He became the document’s primary author, relying on the Virginia Declaration of Rights and Jefferson’s Virginia Statute for Establishing Religious Freedom.  The Preamble to this most significant addition to the Constitution reaffirmed the grave concerns for potential abuses of Federal power and the violation of individual rights.  On September 25, 1779, congress gave final approval to an American Bill of Rights containing twelve amendments.  The first two amendments never received the necessary state ratifications.  However, on December 15, 1791, Virginia became the eleventh and final state required to ratify the last ten amendments.  Secretary of State Thomas Jefferson made the certifying statement on March 1, 1792.  The Bill of Rights was now officially part of the Federal Constitution.

 

Interestingly, Georgia, Connecticut, and Massachusetts ratified the Bill of Rights in 1939 (on the 150th anniversary of Washington’s inauguration).  As equally intriguing, more than 203 years after it was first proposed, the original failed second amendment became the 27th amendment on May 7, 1992.  The Constitution was amended on 16 other occasions.  Only the 13th, 14th, 15th, and 16th articles of amendment had numbers assigned to them at the time of ratification.

 

Now the Constitution is 223 years old.  Part of the reason for its success goes back to the beginning:  Americans have been willing to trust each other’s devotion to liberty, to compromise when necessary, and to abide by the rule of law.  The Founding Fathers were not strangers to the law.  Sixty percent of them (33/55) were either admitted to the bar or had significant legal training.  They were men of honor, integrity, and character.  Their total commitment to liberty and freedom would have been difficult to challenge.  The Framers were seriously concerned with the infringement of states rights and self serving abuses of power by the central government they were creating.  So much so, that the very first law passed by the very first session of Congress, was to address the manner and form of administrating the oath or affirmation to those state and federal officials, defined in Article 6, Section 2, to support the Constitution of the United States.

 

II Timothy 2:15 sounds like a concept that the Framers would encourage: “study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”

CLEON SKOUSEN

 

Willard Cleon Skousen (January 20, 1913 – January 9, 2006) was an American author, conservative American Constitutionalist and faith-based political theorist.

Skousen authored The Naked Communist and was the source of the publication "1963 Communist Goals" list.  In 1970, he wrote The Naked Capitalist based on the book Tragedy and Hope by Carroll Quigley, which claimed that top Western merchant bankers, industrialists and related institutions were behind the rise of communism and fascism around the world.  Skousen's aim was to summarize the ideas in Quigley's books and thus make them accessible to a wider audience, however, Quigley disavowed Skousen's interpretations of his work.  Skousen states in the work that the purpose of liberal internationalist groups such as the Council on Foreign Relations, is to push "U.S. foreign policy toward the establishment of a world-wide collectivist society."  The Naked Capitalist has been cited by many, including Cleon Skousen's nephew Joel Skousen, as proof of a "New World Order" strategy to create a One World Government.

In 1987, controversy erupted in California when the state briefly considered using Skousen's book, The Making of America, as a textbook for California schools. Statements in the book regarding slavery, and its use of the term "pickaninny" as a label for slave children engendered a heated debate as to whether the book was appropriate.  The state commission's Executive Director, a former colleague of Skousen at the National Center for Constitutional Studies, asserted that these statements were "largely taken out of context" from a 1934 essay on slavery by the historian Fred Albert Shannon that Skousen had included in his book.  Skousen highlights the global history of slavery as independent of color or race in The Making Of America claiming that "... the emancipation of human beings from slavery is an ongoing struggle.  Slavery is not a racial problem.  It is a human problem."

Skousen began his research for his book The Five Thousand Year Leap in the 1930s while attending law school, combing archives in the Library of Congress for the original writings of such Founding Fathers as John Adams and Thomas Jefferson and continued to work on the manuscript for the next 50 years, finally publishing it in 1981.

EXTENSION OF REMARKS OF HON. A. S. HERLONG, JR. OF FLORIDA
IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

Thursday, January 10, 1963

Mr. HERLONG. Mr. Speaker, Mrs. Patricia Nordman of De Land, Fla., is an ardent and articulate opponent of communism, and until recently published the De Land Courier, which she dedicated to the purpose of alerting the public to the dangers of communism in America.

At Mrs. Nordman’s request, I include in the RECORD, under unanimous consent, the following “Current Communist Goals,” which she identifies as an excerpt from “The Naked Communist,” by Cleon Skousen:

CURRENT COMMUNIST GOALS

1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war.
2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.
3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament [by] the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength.
4. Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.
5. Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites.
6. Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.
7. Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red China to the U.N.
8. Set up East and West Germany as separate states in spite of Khrushchev’s promise in 1955 to settle the German question by free elections under supervision of the U.N.
9. Prolong the conferences to ban atomic tests because the United States has agreed to suspend tests as long as negotiations are in progress.
10. Allow all Soviet satellites individual representation in the U.N.
11. Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set up as a one-world government with its own independent armed forces. (Some Communist leaders believe the world can be taken over as easily by the U.N. as by Moscow. Sometimes these two centers compete with each other as they are now doing in the Congo.)
12. Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party.
13. Do away with all loyalty oaths.
14. Continue giving Russia access to the U.S. Patent Office.
15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.
16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.
17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers’ associations. Put the party line in textbooks.
18. Gain control of all student newspapers.
19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.
20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, policymaking positions.
21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures.
22. Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression. An American Communist cell was told to “eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings, substitute shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms.”
23. Control art critics and directors of art museums. “Our plan is to promote ugliness, repulsive, meaningless art.”
24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them “censorship” and a violation of free speech and free press.
25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.
26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural, healthy.”
27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a “religious crutch.”
28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state.”
29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.
30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the “common man.”
31. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of the “big picture.” Give more emphasis to Russian history since the Communists took over.
32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture–education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.
33. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with the operation of the Communist apparatus.
34. Eliminate the House Committee on Un-American Activities.
35. Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI.
36. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.
37. Infiltrate and gain control of big business.
38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand [or treat].
39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals.
40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.
41. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.
42. Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use [“]united force[“] to solve economic, political or social problems.
43. Overthrow all colonial governments before native populations are ready for self-government.
44. Internationalize the Panama Canal.
45. Repeal the Connally reservation so the United States cannot prevent the World Court

THE POTENTIAL DESTRUCTION OF THE

CONSTITUTION, THE BILL OF RIGHTS, AND THE REPUBLIC

 

The present day attempt to destroy the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the Republic is exactly what a Political Science professor of mine predicted would take place.  Keep in mind that this was over a half century ago in the mid 50’s.  The professor was Dr. Zolton Stzankay who had escaped from Communist Hungry prior to coming to this country.  As a student, and survivor of history, he explained, as though he had a specific revelation from God concerning the coming generations in America, why no foreign power would ever be capable of destroying this country, but how it could be destroyed from within.  It is amazing that he so accurately described the plans by which this process of interior destruction would be carried out. The basic method would be by the pollution and indoctrination of the minds of the young people, via education and music.

 

Thereafter, we encountered the first predicted generation, the Hippies (out of touch with reality), followed by the Yuppy generation (immediate gratification), culminating in the Out of Control generation (opposing laws, authority, parents and tradition).   He further enumerated how these plans had actually been initiated many years prior to the 50’s, and how they would continue to be implemented, according to typical communist ploys (see chapter 11 pre-Sal Alinsky in Constitution 777).  We are now seeing his predictions and this methodology coming to fruition. 

 

He was attempting to instill in the students at Valparaiso University in the 50’s what Glenn Beck is trying to make people cognizant of today.  Both were/are attempting to get people to recognize the political cancer that the Progressive Marxist movement has caused in America.   Regrettably this is illustratable in the fulfilling of the perception that a very concerned and knowledgeable professor foresaw 50 plus years ago, as verified by the facts that Glenn Beck is divulging today. The advantage that Glenn has over Dr. Stzankay’s prophecy is the half century time lapse, which thoroughly documents the reliability of Dr. Stzankay’s perceptions, but regrettably highlights how near the completion of the plan is, and hopefully it will make it easier for the citizens to evaluate the imminent danger that we face.  Some uniformed, or those that are in denial of the facts, people say that Glenn Beck is “far out”.  I, however, wonder if he audited Dr. Stzankay’s classes. The factual similarities are astonishing.   It is like he is conducting a review of what I was exposed to at Valpo U.

 

Will the next generation be The Generation of Revival?   Renewing the Founding Principals or will it be, The Generation of Resignation, writing the final chapter of America’s Greatness?

 

We pray that the sleeping giant, the American Citizenry, will come out of their Rip Van Winkle slumber, and derail the Marxist plans before the final shoe falls.  Anyone with average intelligence knows that history repeats itself.  Therefore, the question is, will the average American take whatever action is necessary to stop the historical progress that the Progressive Marxists have made?  Will they stop history from repeating itself?  Will they eradicate the Communist methods of control before it comes to fruition in America, thereby preventing the destruction of the America that we have known and loved, a country of unequaled power and compassion! 

Let us look at a few examples of the current Out Of Control generation to see the extremes that it has reached.  Al Gore is telling children and young people that they are smarter than their parents and other adults.  Megan McCain says that the young people are more intelligent than the mature generation that has taught them everything that they know.  Some people have convinced them that they know more than those that are actually capable of teaching them the truth.  The Progressive Marxists thoroughly understand the plans laid out in the Communist Manifesto.

 

What has led to this dilemma? 

 

 Basically there are two scenarios.

 

The first scenario is the decimation of the scriptural teachings in the churches and synagogues, the teachings that lead to morals, character and honor.  The principles that our Founding Fathers knew, understood, and lived and died by.  These principles have all but been obliterated by Populist Theology.

 

The second scenario is the desecration of the core values and structure of the family.  Both scenarios are the result of apathy and the failure to see and/or accept what was taking place right before our very eyes.  These factors resulted in the numbing of the Parenting Responsibilities allowing the schools and politicians to replace the parent’s role as the disciplinarian of their children.  Sadly many parents became more concerned with their personal satisfaction than guiding their children on how to become responsible adults with character and honor. 

 

An example of this attitude and complacency was demonstrated a few years ago when I was being interviewed on a WPTF talk show hosted by Andy Thomas.  Andy was explaining how he and his wife were having dinner out, a few nights before the program, and how a young child was causing mayhem.  His parents seemed oblivious as to how to handle the situation, thus disrupting an otherwise enjoyable evening for those in the immediate area.  Andy said “as a marriage and family counselor wouldn’t you agree that this child was out of control”?  My response was “no I would have to say that the parents were out of control”.  It is my belief that the parents have the responsibility of disciplining their children, not permitting the children to control their parents.  (ADD = adult discipline deficiency.)  Remember, that the primary definition of discipline is teaching, instruction, training (that corrects, molds, or perfects the mental facilities or moral character).  To punish, or penalize for the sake of disciple, is a secondary definition.  This is according to Webster’s New Collegiate Dictionary copyrighted in 1977.  However, the Scripture say “he who spares the rod hates his son.”  Prov: 13:24.

 

Oh, by the way, Dr. Stzankay not only illuminated the coming pitfalls that this country was going to have to deal with, but he had the solution.  It was very simple, live and be governed by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.  He recognized and gave credit to the Founding Fathers as being uniquely intelligent and honorable men, ultimately relying on the guidance of the Creator instead of man.

 

Can you possibly envision the potential of this Great Country if the Constitution and Bill of Rights were once again followed and honored by non-corrupt Pastors, Citizens, and Politicians? 

What would the limits of our Country be if wasteful spending was curtailed, the unreasonable restrictions placed by the various bureaucrats were removed, political corruption was punished, and we were allowed to develop our natural resources and unleash the unlimited capabilities of the American entrepreneur?  The thought is breath taking!  The domino effect by the return to Honor, Greatness, and Compassion would be mind boggling!  We could once again be a world leader and benefactor.  We could have a positive trade balance and a balanced, much lower, budget.  WOW!!!
